Walking with Dinosaurs – BBC DVD

September 29, 2010 Comments off

I’ve got the DVD – there are some good bits about Diplodocus which is one of “our” dinosaurs. I’ll be showing some extracts in lessons.¬† Anyone else seen this series? As you might expect, there’s a BBC website!

Welcome to our geology learning blog

September 24, 2010 Comments off

This is a bit experimental – there’s loads of stuff out there on the web, you may have stuff you’ve read or photographed and I thought it would be nice to try to bring it all together online. ¬†Hopefully, when our virtual learning environment is running better, we can transfer this all over to it, but until there, this is where I’ll put cool geology stuff I find, and I hope you will too.

Enjoy!
